Slow cooked as a stew, based on patchy recall of family recipe. Added bush curry spices, bonus! Tender, tasty, clean, lean... this wild rabbit has it all! I will be ordering it again for sure 😊
These were great in a curry I made recently, tender and delicious. Maybe there was a bit more bone than I'd have liked but would buy again.
