Native Thyme boasts a more complex flavour than Mentha mints. With hints of pepper and earthy tones, both the leaves and flowers have minty qualities. Made in Australia from 100% locally sourced seasonal and wild harvested produce.


Warndu curates Australian Native Food Experiences.  Warndu is an Indigenous owned company which means good in the Adnyamathanha language

Warndu uses this country’s native plants, nuts, seeds and proteins and each of these will create meaningful meals; meals that are local and seasonal in the true sense of words. It doesn’t get any more local and seasonal than working with Australian native produce.

Cooking tips:

Try rubbed in to your BBQ meat, use in your stews and casseroles or add to salads for an authentic Australian taste. 

Marinade recipe by Warndu

¼ cup Warndu Thyme Oil
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Warndu Ground Bush Tomato
1 tsp garlic, minced
Warndu Native Salt & Pepper, to taste
A squeeze of lemon Juice

Mix and rub on your kangaroo, venison or pork to marinade before cooking.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.
