Tried one of these marinated and cooked in the oven. It was tough, dry and terrible. I bought two, so for the second one I went all out to make sure that it was as tender and juicy as possible. Marinated it and cooked it in the Sous Vide… It was tough, dry and terrible. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. It’s put me off rabbit.
I used a marinade overnight, and slow cooked in a bag, but it was still a bit dry.
