For a hot spicy salami this is disappointing as there was no distinguishable heat or spice other than fennel. I'd buy it again but not when looking for a hot salami type snack
We used the chorizo in a variety of dishes. It was absolutely delicious in every one. We'll be back.
I have been buying from Australian Meats for a while and do not buy meat from anywhere else now. The sausages are tasty, delicious and meaty, and not full of fillers. Honestly ... yum, yum, yum.
