Yes! Australian Meats use a refrigerated courier service, ensuring that your order is delivered to the highest quality. From refrigerated packing facilities to chilled transport couriers, your order is stored in a cool climate right until delivered to your doorstep. All orders remain in complete cold chain from our door to yours.
Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.
Our products are delivered fresh (not frozen). However please note that due to supply wild rabbit and wild boar has been frozen and will be delivered thawed. Rabbit and Boar can not be re-frozen.
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to make changes. However, once your order has been shipped, we can not make changes. Any changes may result in delivery delays.

Delivery days will change slightly and there will be delays, order will usually be delivered on the next business day. You will receive an SMS from the delivery company the night before delivery, or sometimes the morning of delivery.
Australian Meats use a refrigerated courier service, ensuring that your order is delivered straight to your doorstep - remaining cool, fresh and flavoursome from our door to yours! If no one is home, your order will be left in a safe place.
You will receive SMS and/or an email the night before and sometimes the morning of your delivery, containing an approximate delivery time and a tracking link that you can follow (no tracking for SA). If there are technical issues and you don’t receive this information, please contact us on 0472 752 756. Please note, delivery times are an indication only and may change.
Unfortunately there is no tracking for SA at the moment.

Our couriers will leave your delivery on your doorstep or in a safe place as instructed in your delivery notes. Delivery drivers are not able to leave your delivery at the back of your property. Deliveries to apartments are at the risk of the customer.

The ice packs can be reused or the non toxic liquid can be disposed of in
the rubbish bin or garden beds. The soft plastics can be recycled.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Australian Meats immediately if an item is missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item, a member of the Australian Meats customer service team will assist you as soon as they can. Please email us or phone with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping we will review the order and a refund will be offered for that product.
Wholesale delivery cost is $35 for wholesale orders over $300.
