Such a wonderful cut. Perfect for so many recipes. I made a goat curry which was fabulous.
Loved the Strip Loin. Light coat of olive oil, sprinkle of salt & pepper, straight on a hot grill barbie. Nothing else required imo. Few minutes each side for medium rare, rest 5 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad and pair with a glass of Sangiovese and good company. Perfect.
