We currently deliver to SA, WA, VIC, NSW, ACT & South East QLD (more regions will be added soon!)
All orders over $150 receive free shipping. Orders less than $150 will incur a $20 delivery charge.
Our couriers will leave your delivery on your doorstep or in a safe place as instructed in your delivery notes.
Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered

We currently dispatch orders once a week from Adelaide.
Refer to our postcode checker at checkout to check delivery to your postcode.
You can select your preferred delivery day and time.
SA/VIC: Friday, Saturday, Monday
NSW/QLD/WA: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
Delivery windows available: 12:00am-7:00am or 8:00am-6:00pm
Depending on your suburb, delivery days/times available may vary slightly from the above.
Public Holidays and road issues will cause delivery delays.

Returns & Refunds Policy
As a perishable goods business, we have a no returns and refunds policy unless goods are defective or damaged in transit.
Please contact us immediately if any goods are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective action as soon as possible.

Please note that photos will be required to process a refund or issue you a replacement for an item defective or damaged in transit.
Damages / Incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and rectify it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed a defective or damaged good. Instead of issuing a replacement, we may refund your order. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
