Actually made classic osso bucco recipe with the venison and it was delicious. I was worried the meat might taste too strong but it didn’t, the meat had a nice flavour and was tender. Highly recommend.

I was so impressed to see the lovely thick steaks so they could be seared to perfection and still rare inside.
