Just for a change and a certain amount of laziness I decided to casserole/ pot roast this cut. Mushrooms, scallions, leek, carrot, turnip and potato all rough cut and chucked in a clay pot. 2 1/2 hours at 150C after 20 m at 200C. Fresh bay, garlic, oregano, Tyme, sage,pimento and a good spoon of Dijon mustard . Delicious. The boar was still firm to the mouth yet magically melted no jaw exercise. Will buy this again.

Used my pressure cooker with veg , tomato paste and barley and it was fabulous. Meat fell off of the bone. Marrow tasty.

Excellent Taste will be definitely be buying again.
