We often use the marinated plum steak in our fusion rice bowls! Very easy dinner! The steak cooks quickly on the BBQ and after a little rest, is very juicy and soft! Our last few orders, it seemed the marinade was tweaked or different (not as flavourful) but our most recent order it seems the marinade is BACK! Thanks Aus Meats, we love our ethical meat!

Cooked in a slow cooker, rabbit meat fell of the bone , very nice, a winter meal!
