Great venison, love it especially lightly marinaded and cooked on a hot surface left pink inside!
Very pleasant version of pepperoni. Shared with friends and everyone found it tasty.
Just found the texture a bit coarse. A touch too much black pepper.
I have only cooked the Kangaroo tail so far and it was superb. We ha e also eaten the salami and smoked fillet, also superb.
