Truly wonderful meat, clean, beautiful texture, decent bone to meat ratio ensuring a melt in the mouth consistency after slow cooking.
We made a lovely Indonesian Rendang with the Osso Bucco. Just a packet rendang mix, coconut milk and the Osso Bucco pieces in a long slow simmer. Was absolutely delicious!
