Hot enough to taste, without being too hot. Great as a breakfast sausage as well.
I absolutely love goat curry and moved a few years ago to regional NSW, which limited my access to Goat meat.
Buying goat on the bone through Australian Meats has meant I can have it in my freezer ready for my fav curry.
By the time I got my delivery, the packaged date was the 19th, I opened up the meat on Sunday morning to prep for a roast lunch. The meat was green to a point where even washing it and sitting it it was still no good. I've tried this place twice now, it take me nearly 3 weeks to get my delivery. I'll not use them again, as the venison shoulder also was so bruised, it looked like a purple beetroot instead of a beautiful shoulder like the first time. 1 star for service and 1 star for the quality of the meat.
Great tasting kangaroo, but I don’t know the you could call it a steak seeing as they were small cuts of meat. That said, they were a good size for steak sandwiches the next day.
I have ordered 3 times from here and always surprised at the high quality of meat being produced, absolutely no problems with deliveries but do check the cut off times it is important. Arrival of goods is great and nice and cold.
