I gifted my brother in law one venison steak and one kangaroo steak (because he's a nice person who really likes good meat and his missus - my sister - is almost vegetarian) so he doesn't get much opportunity to go wild at all. He absolutely loved the venison steak, tenderest meat he has eaten in a very long time. He is not usually so effusive, says it all! ! He is looking forward to the kanga!

Have been buying venison racks for about a year now. Just love the lean game meat. Guests are always complimentary. Just follow the cooking instructions provided and cook on the Webber Q with chimichuri sauce. Always sensational.

Lovely tender

This was amazing, a huge roast that was just pure, delicious meat. Not pumped full of water to "inflate" it, no artificial growth hormones or anything and you could absolutely tell. Will definitely be buying this regularly.
