Very much enjoyed by all. I cooked it medium rare on and in the last two minutes added sour cream to the pan that mixed in with the meat juices and made a lovely sauce.

Australian meats are great quality and the venison is so lean yet tender and delicious.
Wonderful piece of meat... we slow cooked it over charcoal, served it with par-boiled spuds done on the charcoal, honey carrots, beans and broccoli, all drizzled with a red wine and onion bacon jam. This is meat to be treated with respect, and I believe we certainly achieved that. Thankyou Australian Meats for supplying an awesome range...not just the pork either...we had some venison too...but we'll save that for another review!!
