Actually made classic osso bucco recipe with the venison and it was delicious. I was worried the meat might taste too strong but it didn’t, the meat had a nice flavour and was tender. Highly recommend.

I gifted my brother in law one venison steak and one kangaroo steak (because he's a nice person who really likes good meat and his missus - my sister - is almost vegetarian) so he doesn't get much opportunity to go wild at all. He absolutely loved the venison steak, tenderest meat he has eaten in a very long time. He is not usually so effusive, says it all! ! He is looking forward to the kanga!

Have been buying venison racks for about a year now. Just love the lean game meat. Guests are always complimentary. Just follow the cooking instructions provided and cook on the Webber Q with chimichuri sauce. Always sensational.
