One of our favourites so far! It shredded up beautifully after slow cooking and tastes amazing. Honestly I'm loving the venison! I'll for sure order this cut again once we're done trying the rest of the cuts out 😋.

I buy these meats for my hubby who loves them. This time I ate as well. You have to cook it long & slow and then you have the most flavoursome meat. Yum. Rabbit next !!

Like any of the Australian Meats products, they don't come cheap. The flavours are great and they lack the fatty content of the run of the mill snags. Purchasing to help reduce feral populations is also a good reason to give them a go.

I have never eaten kangaroo before but was really curious to try and I am glad I did. I really enjoyed the cut and it worked great into a pasta sauce.

Was very nice meat arrived very well packed. I slowed cooked the shanks over 8 hours meat fell off the bone will be buying it again

Great cut of meat ...slow cooked for 7 hours this was delicious. Going online now to order another one.

This has to be one of the best meals I have cooked! The venison was absolutely superb, and the sous vide method used (AI generated recipe provided a simple and brilliant cook.Fresh herbs and Tasman Sea Salt’s pepper berry seasoning elevated the whole dish. Happy to share recipe and photos

I have been hunting for kangaroo meat in my local area and have struggled to find anything.
I stumbled across Australia Meats online and was excited to try all the different marinades and cuts. Everything our family has tried so far has been delicious. We are so happy that we have found a well priced, high quality healthy meat that we can get delivered to our door step.
The delivery was well packaged and perfectly insulated from the heat. You couldn’t tell it had been sitting outside on a 31-degree day, thanks to the strong, thick boxes lined with a reflective blanket and ice packs.
