I don't usually buy venison however I wanted to give this package a try for when I'm unable to go bush. Was easy to prepare and cooked up well. taste is 100% and at that price (not counting delivery) is well worth trying.

Your Wild Venison minute steak were pect to marry with a rocket green salad and grilled chilli Haloumi on a Sour Dough bun with home made Sweet Chilli sauce.

There’s only me and the Mrs so tonight we had one of the two racks - the other we will have tomorrow rather than freeze it.
First of all seared, then dusted with pepper, sea salt, allspice, rosemary and thyme before roasting in the oven.
We had roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts and carrots with a cranberry and red wine sauce.

This boar meat is wonderful. So flavourful, easy to carve and so versatile for many different uses. This will be a permanent feature in our diet from now on.
