We really love the starter pack, smoked venison , and the venison ossobucco, also enjoyed the venison sausages lovely flavour, we’re still going through the products but what we’ve had so far we’ve enjoyed 😋😋

Simply used olive oil & a few fresh herbs from garden, grilled it quickly over hot bbq - so good ! Tender, juicy and not gamey at all - just great flavours & quality protein.
Got delivered inter state from Melbourne to Perth in a cool courier. Meat was nice and fresh. And tasted great once cooked. We shared it with few family and friends, everyone loved it !
I usually make Ox Tail slow cooked with veggies and tried the Kangaroo Tail, Wow is was amazing soft tender and so tasty, will do it over and over again.
