Very happy with the meat best I have had when it cums to deer meat

So yummy, I like to use it in risottos and crispy it up on put on mash or in a salsa

very tender, cook it medium rare for best results

We bought 2 bunnies that were of perfect size & weight. They were roasted very slowly and devoured efficiently. Perfect.
