Order received on time and my guests loved the venison civet i made for my husband birthday party. The cube venison was tender and perfect cut for what i needed.

I always obtain my venison from Australian Meats. I have tried other brands but they all fail to live up to Australian Meats quality. We love the gamey and rich flavour of the meat and it freezes well so I always buy quite a bit to last us. The product arrives quickly and is packed with great care. The rabbit and goat are also fabulous.

The roo tail is when slow cooked is tender as... it's like a gentle lamb shank...no gamey taste at all... excellent

Absolutely delicious!!

It roasted well. I recommend an internal temp higher than medium rare beef, say 163 deg C.

This meat was so good and its at a great price, its all vaccum sealed and despite me not being home, it was still very cold 4 hours after it was delivered. Highly recommend!

Deery me but in a good way. Bit fiddly in early prep removing silver side and obvious surface tendons- but well worth it. Lean but full of flavours. Definitely will re- order.

I've tried their 5 ready meals and its absolutely the most delicious game meats i've ever tried. It's definitely something I will be getting in the future, on a regular basis!
But there's always no stock! I'm willing to pay more for more.

I ordered and received a large amount for one person, so it will last for some time, however the portion I have enjoyed has been well worthwhile.
I will certainly be on your door-step again in a little while.

Havent used the venison ham yet. But it arrived on time and in good condition. Looks great. And if its anything like the wild boar ham, its going to be superb.
