received order from Australian Meats and have only tried the Wild Boar leg roast so far as it couldn't be refrozen and I had to wait for my son to get back from his FIFO job and it was excellent ,what I must say is that the whole order was packaged incredibly ,I was worried that if I wasnt home it would be left outside ,well no need to worry about that its packaging and refrigeration were such that it could stay unopenned for several days in summer outside it was that well packaged ,I look forward to trying the other items in my order

Because my family didn't eat this sort of food I wasn't allowed to buy it.
NowI live on my own, " ITS GIDDYUP TIME" and this Rabbit was / is nothing short of amazing.

Great quality meat delivered fresh and cold,realy packaged well

Wanted to try something a little different so I decided to smoke some backstrap rubbed with SPG on the pellet smoker at 110° for 30 mins with a 30min rest. We then roasted some onion and red capsicum on the fire pit. Thinly sliced the backstrap and added to a fresh soft hotdog roll topped with the chopped fire roasted onion and capsicum and an unhealthy amount of cheese. Placed it back in the smoker untill cheese was melted and WOW best cheesesteak ever

I have had ready made meals from other companies but Australian meats are the best. The food I ordered was so fresh and a decent size portion. The vindaloo abd the Kangaroo stew was outstanding. And I highly recommend tge chli venison sausages. They super delicious.
