Very succulent protein nice gamely after-taste quick an convenient chuck on hot BBQ 3 min each side .DUE TO BEING SO TASTY I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO PHOTOGRAPH haha maybe one day!

These meals are amazing! Great protein, tasty dishes and super easy to prepare. Need to get some more - takeaways are too expensive these days and these are perfect for nights you dont feel like cooking. Other ready meal deliveries ive had in the past are lean on the protein side but these are definitely satisfying. And it kinda feels good to know the animal you’re eating lived as “free range” as you can get!
Strip loin is wonderful…although more expensive, there’s absolutely no waste at all.

I recently received my first delivery of a mixed box of different game. The professional correspondence, delivery and fantastic packaging were all reassuring, and the quality of the meat caps off the experience. Having never cooked kangaroo shanks before I had some trepidation, but needn't have stressed. Slow over cook and they turned out absolutely wonderful.
I gave have the meat/ stew to a very appreciative friend and used a decent proportion in a ragu with a crepe papperdelle. Superb !.
I'm so looking forward to more of the same and the other varieties of game to try. More than happy to help with overpopulated or introduced species, one bite at a time.

They were very tasty sausages. But my favourite are the Goat with rosemary and mint. The pork sausages were also much enjoyed.

Absolutely delicious! Everyone a unique, well rounded, flavour that didn’t shed water once during cooking or need any extra flavour added!!! This will now be a staple within our family and it’s also great quality and pricing too! Won’t be going back to Grocery Store meats!
