Quickly cooked & tasty but thought it might be more plum flavoured
Did venison boneless shoulder in slow cooker and whilst a little dry, was tasty. Don't cook for too long.
As always the delivery was exceptional and the handling of the delivery was excellent.
Very good taste and quality of the meat. The chunks on goat meat would be good if it was cut into half of what was cut .. very lean and awesoem... would buy again..
