Australian Wild Venison is lean and tasty due to the natural diet of Australian vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome venison. 1.5-2kg

The Spring Ridge Wild Venison Leg Ham was absolutely delicious. The size was so big that I cut some stakes of it and vacuum packed for a later date. The rest we had a family get together and we enjoyed it hole hardly
We have used this in so many different dishes. My 5yr old twins love it, and want it with their school lunches most days. Great flavour and texture.
My husband and I were intrigued by the thought of venison ‘ham’ and just had to try this version. WOW! It’s so lean and tasty. I’ve used it shaved in fresh sandwiches alone, with relish/salad; in our breakfast croissants with cheese/avocado/‘Adelaide’ tomatoes. It’s better than ham, it’s lean and absolutely wonderful. We’re looking at buying another one. We wish Spring Ridge Wild Venison Leg Ham was a permanent product. Well worth the cost. We store it shaved ready to use in an airtight container in the fridge with the knob wrapped in a damp towel in the fridge.
