What days do you deliver?

We dispatch orders from Adelaide once a week on a Tuesday. Please see delivery days below:

Orders must be placed by midnight Sunday.

Adelaide Metro: Friday

Perth, South West, North West: Saturday

Victoria: Friday

Albury, Shepparton: Saturday

NSW: Monday

Lismore, Canberra, Yass, Goulburn, Griffith: Saturday

Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba: Monday

Sunshine Coast: Saturday

Deliveries are between 7am – 7pm

When do you deliver my order?

You can expect your Australian Meats delivery between 7AM - 6PM.

Can I make changes after I place an order?

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to make changes. However, once your order has been shipped, we can not make changes. Any changes may result in delivery delays.

What happens if there is a public holiday?

Delivery days will change slightly and will be delivered on the next business day.

How do you deliver?

Australian Meats use a network of refrigerated courier services, ensuring that your order is delivered straight to your doorstep - remaining cool, fresh and flavoursome from our door to yours!

Can I track the delivery status and how?

You will receive an SMS from the cold courier company the night before your delivery, containing an approximate delivery time and tracking link that you can follow.

Delivery times are an indication only and this may change.

Will I be informed when my delivery will arrive?

You will receive an email notification once your Australian Meats order has been dispatched. You will then receive an SMS with tracking and an approximate delivery time the night before delivery. 

Please note sometimes delays occur due to public holidays or road delays. Delivery times are an indication only and this may change.

Can I make changes to delivery address?

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to make changes. However, once your order has been shipped, we can not make changes to your delivery address. Any changes may result in delivery delays.

Can I place a same day delivery order?

No, Australian meats dispatches orders once a week.

Will my products be delivered fresh and safely?

Yes! Australian Meats use a refrigerated courier service, ensuring that your order is delivered to the highest quality. From refrigerated packing facilities to chilled transport couriers, your order is stored in a cool climate right until delivered to your doorstep. All orders remain in complete cold chain from our door to yours.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

Are products delivered fresh or frozen?

Our products are delivered fresh (not frozen). However please note that due to supply wild rabbit and wild boar has been frozen and will be delivered thawed. Rabbit and Boar can not be re-frozen.

Where will my delivery be left?

Our couriers will leave your delivery on your doorstep or in a safe place has instructed in your delivery notes.

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

No, we use eco-friendly, recyclable boxes that are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, and can be left for up to 5 hours. Be sure to leave delivery instructions for our couriers so they can leave your order in a safe place.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

That’s fine! Our couriers will leave your order in a safe place for you. 

What happens if an item is missing or damaged in my delivery?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Australian Meats immediately if an item is missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item, a member of the Australian Meats customer service team will assist you as soon as they can. Please email us or phone with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping we will review and will offer a refund for the damaged product.

How to place an order?

Simply head to the Australian Meats online store and add the products you’d like to your cart! 

How can I confirm that my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email once you have placed an order via the Australian Meats online store.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please contact the Australian Meats team on 0472 752 756 with your order number, who will do their best to help you. Orders can't be cancelled after midnight Sunday.

What happens if my ordering item is out of stock?

Australian Meats endeavours to ensure products are restocked as timely as possible, however out of stock items will be unavailable for purchase via our online store. If you have a question about a particular product, please contact the friendly customer service team on 0472 752 756

Where can I check the order details and status?

All order details are sent to your nominated email address, please check your junk folder if you can’t locate the email.

If you created an account with Australian Meats you can login and review your past orders under My Account.

Payments for each Australian Meats order is completed on the checkout page.

Australian Meats accepts credit cards and PayPal. 

Is there a minimum order amount I can order?

No, however, orders under $125 will have a $20 flat rate shipping fee.

How do I use a discount code?

Simply add your discount code to the nominated field on the Check Out page of your Australian Meats order. Minimum order purchase may apply.

Are your products gluten free?

All Australian Meats products are gluten free.

Why are all your meats premium?

All the meat is wild harvested. It is Australian Meat’s belief that everyone has a responsibility to maintain and consume animals that are part of our landscape, this is sustainable farming at its very best. Meaning it is hormone free and no unnecessary antibiolitcs are used in the produce and it tastes better too!

Where is your meat sourced from?

All Australian meats products are sourced within Australia, strictly under our food safety, testing and sustainability practices. Find out more about our products here.

Do you wholesale?

Yes, you can order directly from the Australian Meats website to your business address. You will be notified via SMS or email with your delivery. You can apply for a wholesale account here

Are Wild Rabbits safe to eat?

The Australian Standard for the Hygienic Production of Wild Game Meat for Human Consumption AS:4464, permits rabbits and hares for human consumption. All wild game processed at our facility are inspected by Australian Government Authorised Officers who operate under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry on Plant Veterinarian.
