A winning combination to impress your guests this Christmas! Designed for our delicious Glazed Wild Boar Ham Recipe

Combine our juicy and flavourful Wild Boar Leg Hams with the sweet Kakadu Plum, Cranberry and Chilli Relish. Our hams are double smoked using Australian red gum wood chips and made using minimum amount of additives. The Kakadu Plum Relish is sweet with the perfect kick of chilli. 

Orders close midnight Sunday 14th December for Christmas delivery.

 

Packaging & Storage:

Our ham product is vacuum sealed fresh. Store in refrigerator, unopened until use-by date. Refrigerate relish after opening. 

Wild Boar Leg Ham Ingredients: 100% Australian wild boar, Salt, Mineral Salt (450,451,452), Sugar, Antioxidant (316), Preservative (250), Dextrose, Flavour. Gluten free.

Kakadu Plum, Cranberry and Chilli Relish Ingredients: Sugar, apple, cranberry (13%), plums (13%), strawberries, water, white vinegar, sunflower oil, ginger, Kakadu plum (1%), orange juice, raisins, lemon juice, chilli powder (0.4%), onion powder, mustard powder, salt, garlic, spices, curry powder, mustard seeds, xanthan gum (415).
