Made steak sandwiches from these cuts, went down a treat
Recent purchase of rabbit very satisfying. So much better taste having wild caught rather than farmed. Cooked simply in a pot with a few vege, salt & pepper, meat fell off the bone. My only point of slight disappointment was the kidneys had been removed, these are a favourite for my father. So 4 stars.

This is the recipe I used, and i followed it very closely. We had it with pasta. Just delicious!
Had them with chips and caramelised wild onion , delicious then the next day in a sandwich on pumpkin sourdough, bush juniper and salad...double yum. Steaks were super tender, did take just 45 secs a side, very little shrinkage. Will order these again DELICOUS
