Best slow cooked with a chocolate mole Mexican style, with a side of tortillas and pickled chilly.
Very tasty but there was no fat left on the meat.. the picture is very misleading as there's no fat and the pieces are alot smaller..
Very tasty, loved them... But taken back that there was only 2 pieces when the pic has 4 in it... A bit misleading
Great looking diced meat and cooked up a dream! We made a curry and served it with couscous and yoghurt, delicious and very tender.
