A traditionally fermented salami with the distinctive flavour of fennel seed.  Made locally by Marino Fine Foods in South Australia, using Australian Wild Venison which provides a flavoursome salami due to the natural diet of the venison and quality ingredients. 

Cooking tips:

  • Mild flavour
  • Add to your next cheese platter and serve with premium Australian wine. 

Packaging & Storage:

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Store in the refrigerator. Once opened, store in refrigerator, cover with cling film and use within 7 days. 

Made in Australia using at least 95% Australian ingredients. 

Ingredients: 85% Australian Wild Venison, 15% free range Australian pork, salt, spices, natural flavourings, dextrose, ascorbic acid (E300), potassium nitrate (E252), sodium nitrite (E250), starter culture. Gluten Free.
