Cooked these snags up for the family and they were a hit. Some family members thought they were a little salty but overall very enjoyable. A lot of the meat had to be put in the freezer for now, hence no other reviews. However, I will return for more when needed. Package and delivery top notch also. Thank you
Very nice and fairly tender, maybe the venison backstrap could be marinated that way also?
