The main problem here was that my rabbits were both approx 1kg each which is miles too big. In 78 years I have never had a rabbit that size. Cooked separately in different styles they were both tough and stringy, Not enjoyable eating at all and will never be a problem again. Unfortunately you can not be totallally responsible but I believe that the limit should be no more than 3/4 grown.

This purchase was at a local meat/fish market on the sth coast, just on a whim as I was curious. I was totally gobsmacked by the beautiful flavour and texture. No sienew no chewyness, just an awesome flavour. I've sent my husband back there today to get a stack to freeze.
I will now try the other products in the range for sure.

I purchased one of each options of the wild boar to try and it did not disappoint! My wife had never had ‘wild meat’ before and was skeptical but not only did she have it , she LOVED IT - It tastes just like pork but “cleaner” ✌️ Thank you team, can’t wait for my next batch
