Cooking tips:

  • Best cooked to medium-rare for a juicy finish
  • Goes well with a marinade of rosemary, garlic, lemon, pepper berry and Australian Olive Oil

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Ordered for the first time and am quite impressed with the whole experience. The web shopping was easy, checkout etc, clarity on all costs / inc shipping etc.

Product arrived by courier to the door as expected, very well packaged including thermal wrapping and large ice bags. Everything ship shape!

Meat itself is fantastic - I'm a big fan of consuming wild game, particularly that which is strictly feral and at plague proportions here in Australia. This is the right way to deal with perfectly edible meat and keep the populations down.

Highly recommended.

Hello to all :)
I've been buying kangaroo meat both fillet [my favourite] and steak in the supermarkets for years. I have asked many butchers for this meat to no avail. I even worked for a butcher and we didn't stock it either. So when I found Spring Ridge I was EXCITED. I without hesitation ordered lots of kangaroo steaks and back strap [ absolutely tender and flavoursome]. Furthermore, I decided to purchase venison both steak and back strap. Oh for the love of all the meat was so tender not as gamey as kangaroo but delicious just the same. My family absolutely enjoyed all the meats. The juiciness of these meats are loved by all 6 of us. Well done you've got my subscription.
