Impress your family and friends with our Wild Boar double smoked leg ham. This compact ham is smoked using Australian red gum wood chips and made using minimum amount of additives. Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork.
Hams are vacuum sealed fresh and will have a use-by date of at least 31/1/25.
Packaging & Storage:This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Store in refrigerator, unopened until use-by date. Consume within 5 days of opening. Ingredients: 100% Australian wild boar, Salt, Mineral Salt (450,451,452), Sugar, Antioxidant (316), Preservative (250), Dextrose, Flavour. Gluten free. |
