This juicy and flavourful ham is smoked using Australian red gum wood chips and made using minimum amount of additives. Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork.
Orders close midnight Sunday 14th December for Christmas delivery.
