Great quality red meat

I'm not a meat eater myself, but I can appreciate clean, high-quality meat—and this kangaroo mince really stands out. My teens absolutely love it! I use it in everything from enchiladas to lasagna—any dish where I'd typically use beef mince. It cooks beautifully with very little fat left in the pan, which I really appreciate. It's lean, healthy, and I'm told it’s full of flavour. A great option for anyone looking for a cleaner alternative to traditional mince.

Good but mushy

The mince was quite wet and mushy, not able to hold form as well as the boar, I wonder if it wasn't minced so fine whether it could keep better in the freezer?
