This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Good quality meat and packaging

It is exactly as shown on the picture. Very good quality and fresh meat.

Was tough

Had a wide variety of meat, and all have been excellent, with the exception of the goat. Was quite tasteless and chewy, and this was after slow roasting it for four hours.

Wild Goat Leg in the Weber

Did this cut in the Weber to a cooked temperature of 74 degrees C. Rosemary and garlic stuffed into the leg. Went down a treat with the family. Would recommend this above a leg of lamb with the reduced fat content.
