This product is vacuum sealed. Keep in refrigerator. Remove plastic completely after opening. 

Made in Australia from at least 97% Australian ingredients 

Ingredients: Wild venison (74%), pork, sugar, salt, garlic, paprika, oregano, chilli, black pepper, herbs and spices, stabilizer (450,451,452), antioxidants (316), sodium nitrate (250), starter culture.

Christmas wild meats smallgoods

Beautiful flavoured chorizo, much loved by others I gave it to for Christmas. Also smoked venison is fabulous, great on the Christmas dinner charcuterie(even the little kids). Small people demolished the kangaroo Mettwurst! I love it too! Although we have been disappointed in the smoked kangaroo, bit chewy.
