All I can say is just…….WOW I PUT FOUR OF THESE BAD BOYS IN THE SLOW COOKER AT 9 AM IN THE MORNING WITH A LITTLE BIT OF CHICKEN STOCK THREE LARGE GARLIC CLOVES, SOME SALT AND PEPPER. THE REST IS HISTORY. I COULDN’T PICK IT UP OUT OF THE POT AT 6:30 THIS EVENING AS IT JUST FELL APART ON ME. THANKS VERY MUCH GUYS AUSTRALIAN MEET YOU GUYS ROCK

Deliciously Tender

Cooked these steaks on a hot bbq plate for about 2-3 minutes each side and served with caramelised onions in a toasted sandwich. Yum! The only criticism is that I didn’t realise the steak was in small pieces.

Every year I prepare a meal form a different country for my mother in law. This year we went French and I have never received so many compliments on a meat. Absolutely perfect quality meat, cook it to 57-60c degrees and it will melt in your mouth
