Phenomenal

Every year I prepare a meal form a different country for my mother in law. This year we went French and I have never received so many compliments on a meat. Absolutely perfect quality meat, cook it to 57-60c degrees and it will melt in your mouth

I have really enjoyed eating the meat products I have bought so far and will be ordering more in the future. Highly recommend anyone looking to cook a curry in their slow cooker to purchase and use the diced goat, it is delicious and very tender -melts in your mouth.

The marinated version steaks are absolutely delicious. The venison ham while as expected is of course a stronger flavour than traditional pork I thought it was also delicious.
