A beautifully fragrant salami with the distinctive flavour of fennel seed and chilli. This traditional style spicy salami is made locally by Marino Fine Foods in South Australia, using Australian Wild Venison which provides a flavoursome salami due to the natural diet of the venison and quality ingredients.
Packaging & Storage:This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Store in the refrigerator. Once opened, store in refrigerator, cover with cling film and use within 7 days. Made in Australia using at least 95% Australian ingredients. Ingredients: 85% Australian Wild Venison, 15% free range Australian pork, salt, spices, natural flavourings, dextrose, ascorbic acid (E300), potassium nitrate (E252), sodium nitrite (E250), starter culture.
