found this salami a bit salty for my taste.
It should be noted that I had intended to purchase Mettwurst.
I did a slow cook on the roast. The meat was tender and had a great flavour. We chose the Juniper berry, red wine and thyme and fresh rosemary recipe.
All the minces and meats from Australia meats are extremely flavourful and lean. The texture is what mince is suppose to be like. The wild animals ate a natural, extremely diverse diet as well as getting proper exercise and living a happy, normal life. This really shows in the end product. Highly, highly recommend!!!
