Boneless wild venison pieces slow cooked in a tangy spicy sauce with chickpeas and aromatic spices! Try our delicious fall-apart tender Spring Ridge Venison at home, with this Chef-made ready to eat meal. Simply heat and serve with steamed rice.

Storage & Heating:

All of our products are fresh. This product comes in a MAP tray packaging. Product may be heated and consumed prior to use-by date or frozen for up to 2 months.

Heating: Tray and film are oven and microwave safe. Peel corner of film and bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes, microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until 75C. Can also be heated in a saucepan on the stove top for 10 minutes until heated through. 

 

Ingredients:

tomato, venison, eggplant, chickpeas, onion, canola oil, vinegar, dijon mustard, ginger, garlic, sugar, coriander, spices, salt, chilli, pepper, ginger.

Contains no allergens.

This product has been made in a kitchen that also handles gluten, wheat, barley, oats, almond, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pine nut, pistachio, walnut, crustacea, egg, fish, milk, mollusc, peanut, sesame, soy.
