Size

8 point wild venison rack is something a little different for the dinner table. It is best roasted in a hot oven and served medium rare, similar to how you would roast a lamb rack.


Cooking tips:

  • Use a rub of spices such as crushed peppercorn, cumin and coriander prior to cooking.

Packaging & Storage:

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

venison rack review

extremely low fat, compared to the lamb alternate, tender meat. does not taste gamey. compared to say roo. We now have this twice a week, and the kids love it as well, they are hard to please at times. delivered cold vacuum sealed to our front door. I would give it a try
