8 point wild venison rack is something a little different for the dinner table. It is best roasted in a hot oven and served medium rare, similar to how you would roast a lamb rack.


Cooking tips:

  • Use a rub of spices such as crushed peppercorn, cumin and coriander prior to cooking.

Packaging & Storage:

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Very tasty. I even slightly overcooked one of the racks but they were still very tender. Sliced them and ate them like lollipops.
