8 point wild venison rack is something a little different for the dinner table. It is best roasted in a hot oven and served medium rare, similar to how you would roast a lamb rack.

Cooking tips:

  • Use a rub of spices such as crushed peppercorn, cumin and coriander prior to cooking.

Packaging & Storage:

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Venison rack

Beautiful, so tender an juicy. Prepared with a butter, garlic, herb and breadcrumb crust, 20-25 in in the oven. Med/rare. Delicious. Will do again

Fantastic flavour cooked in charcoal Webber 190 degrees about 20 min, salt and chimichurri after 10 min resting


Never had this before and was a little concerned on the cooking of it. But gave it a go and WOW absolutely incredibly tender and delicious. Extremely soft, cut it with a butter knife meat!!! HIGHLY recommend and will be getting it again
