We used RecipeTinEats and the result was good.
The meat released a lot of water, and Nagi’s video shows something similar.
I need to try again with a higher temperature because our think my oven runs cooler than what the controls say.
This is the second year that I have purchased this delicious ham. I shared it with friends this year and they say they prefer it to pork ham and look forward to purchasing some next Christmas. There is virtually no waste like a pork leg ham. Will buy again without a problem.
