even though i was expected this but it turnout to be even best in taste and lean, better than goat meat i tried making a delicious indian curry with all spices that was absolutly fantastic. venision is the best .

SPRING RIDGE VENISON OSSO BUCCO

Oh my goodness - I will never make Osso Bucco with beef again. This was outstanding - I ate leftovers for 4 days until it was gone, absolutely amazing flavour & value.

I’m converted!

I was hesitant to try Venison Osso Bucco at first. The meat came packaged really well and nice and fresh. I was worried it was going to be too strong in flavour… I was pleasantly surprised. The meat melted into the sauce and was absolutely delicious.

Tasty and top quality snags

Cooked these snags up for the family and they were a hit. Some family members thought they were a little salty but overall very enjoyable. A lot of the meat had to be put in the freezer for now, hence no other reviews. However, I will return for more when needed. Package and delivery top notch also. Thank you
