Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork. Boneless leg roast is minimum 2kg and is best served medium. Roast in the oven or pot roast.

Taste is leafy and grassy

Hi There
I received the meats in good order. But the taste is pretty much leafy and grassy .. We used to have wild boar back in Sri Lanka. They were pretty tough and tastier. Your meat is very mild and soft as well. May be they are not good for curries.
