To ensure supply consistency Wild Boar has been frozen and thawed for your convenience. 

Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork. Boneless leg roast is minimum 2kg and is best served medium. Roast in the oven or pot roast.

Good one,. But Vension was only 1kg. If you are so sure it will be exact 1kg why bother writing 1-1.5kg in the listing? Obviously, buyer would expect something more than 1kg at least by a gram..
