I usually make Ox Tail slow cooked with veggies and tried the Kangaroo Tail, Wow is was amazing soft tender and so tasty, will do it over and over again.

I used it to make Nagi’s Epic Chunky Meat Pie. The venison was tender and perfect for the pie. Delicious!
Hot enough to taste, without being too hot. Great as a breakfast sausage as well.
I absolutely love goat curry and moved a few years ago to regional NSW, which limited my access to Goat meat.
Buying goat on the bone through Australian Meats has meant I can have it in my freezer ready for my fav curry.
