Venison Rump Eye

The Rump Eye was easily the most tender meat I have ever cooked on the BBQ. 2 and a half minutes either side on the Weber and it was cooked to medium, and absolutely delicious. No fat, no bone, no waste, just beautiful meat. Will definitely order again.

Thanks for the great feedback and tips D.C!

The goat meat cubes was majority of bones and there was unfortunatly not alot of meat.
