This product is vacuum sealed. Keep in refrigerator. Remove plastic completely after opening. 

Made in Australia from at least 97% Australian ingredients 

Ingredients: Prime kangaroo (76%), pork, sugar, salt, garlic, black pepper (0.4%), herbs and spices, stabilizer (450,451,452), antioxidants (316), sodium nitrate (250), starter culture.

What a Surprise.

Was a bit hesitant in trying anything with Kangaroo in it, but to my surprise it’s one of the tastiest & tender Mettwurst I have EVER had.
Well done to Australian Meats who have converted me into a Skippy eater.

New nostalgia

Mettwurst isn't as readably available in other states, and I do miss it sometimes. Though I have never had kangaroo mettwurst before I thoroughly enjoyed it and will likely purchase again.
