This product is vacuum sealed. Keep in refrigerator. Remove plastic completely after opening. 

Made in Australia from at least 97% Australian ingredients 

Ingredients: Prime kangaroo (76%), pork, sugar, salt, garlic, black pepper (0.4%), herbs and spices, stabilizer (450,451,452), antioxidants (316), sodium nitrate (250), starter culture.
