Packaging & Storage:

This product will be frozen when shipped. If it is still frozen on arrival, you can put it straight in the freezer. If the product has thawed during transit, please do not re-freeze. Product is vacuum sealed. Once opened, consume within 2 days.

Delicate flavour, easy cook!

I loved this rabbit. It was so easy to cook with a Chasseur-style sauce in the pressure cooker. Delicious, tender, flavourful.

Old Mate
Tough and dry

I bought two rabbits. I was really looking forward to trying them. I used a tried and true marinade. The first one I cooked in the oven…It came out tough and dry. I was a bit surprised and thought possibly that it was my error in cooking technique so I deferred to something that I know how to do really well. I changed my game up and cooked the other one Sous Vide. (Just to make sure that it couldn’t lose any moisture or tenderness). It pretty much came out the same as the one that I cooked in the oven. Very tough and very dry. I’ve watched multiple online resources about how to cook rabbit. I took all the pointers. These particular rabbits were a terrible disappointment . So I won’t be buyingg rabbit here again. I’m not sure if it’s just these rabbits. Could be...? People online seem to be able to make a go of it. I wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely fantastic
