The rabbit was beautifully prepared and presented and the rabbit pie we made tasted absolutely delicious.
I purchased the wild boar leg ham for the first time unsure if it might be very tough or gamey. It is neither. The meat is beautifully sweet and tasty, with very little fat at all in it (particularly compared to ‘normal’ farmed ham. We have used it across many meal types, and it is absolutely delicious and all that for an incredibly good price. This is great value and high quality. I will be ordering more.
