Arrived well packed and I was confident in the refrigerated delivery service. We made a Spanish slow-cooked style kangaroo stew. The meat was beautifully tender, and the stew had the rich stickiness that you get from meat cooked on the bone. Whilst there was some shrinkage during the cooking process (which I expect from this part of the meat and method of cooking) there was still plenty of meat to enjoy.
OMG! What a treat! Ordered one for Xmas and the venison leg ham was delicious. Flavoursome and moist, it was the star of our Xmas table and gave us plenty of cold meat through to NY. Cannot recommend highly enough. Brilliant piece of wild!
The Australian Meats Wild Venison Boneless Shoulder is a quality piece of meat, great for roasting. Love the taste, a bit of game but not overly so.
Australian Meats service and communication is also first rate. Will be buying from them again.
