Cooking tips:

  • Cook on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked through.

This product comes in a MAP tray. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days. Product may be frozen in a snap lock bag prior to use-by.

Juicy lean burgers

In our quest to avoid supermarket meat, we decided to try Paroo kangaroo burgers and BBQed them on our Weber, just as we would with our usual beef burgers. These burgers were delicious! They didn't have a strong gamey taste and were incredibly juicy, lean, and 'meaty,' without a heap of additives diluting the taste of the meat. The whole family devoured them!
