WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2 x 500g packs of Paroo Kangaroo Burgers (8 patties)
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1/2 white cabbage
  • 4 red apples coarsely grated
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsn lemon juice
  • 1 tbsn finely chopped parsley
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • 8 x small bread rolls
  • 2/3 cup tomato chutney

HOW TO COOK IT

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high.

  2. Spray kangaroo burger patties with oil.

  3. Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes each side, or until cooked through.

  4. Combine slaw ingredients together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.

  5. Halve bread rolls, layer with tomato chutney, burger patty and slaw.
