Excellent for slow cooking!

A little games but nice

It’s a while back now, but I used an online recipe for the osso bucco and slow cooked it. It was nice and the family enjoyed it, but I didn’t tell them it was kangaroo tail. The taste was slightly gamely, but no one complained. The delivery was super fast and very well packaged. I thought it was good value for money.

I've made this serveral ways, Osso Bucco with 3 cheese risotto and I have also made a ragoue with them for pasta and damn it's good :)
