Due to the nature of wild harvested animals, the size and amount of fat that is on the wild boar cutlets will vary. Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to the natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. Ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome meat.

To ensure consistency of quality and supply, our wild boar products have been frozen and thawed for your convenience. Please do not re-freeze. Use-by date is on pack. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
