I’ve eaten roo for years….steaks & mince mostly, but now I’ve found your osso buco it’s my new fave. Slow cooked with red wine, paprika & garlic is next level delicious

Usually very good…

I have a standing weekly order (subscription). For Christmas I added a large ham to my order. Curiously, this has mucked up my entire order and now I will not be receiving any meat for Christmas.
Very disappointing.

Awesome in a Thai Red Curry

The Osso Bucco roo works very well with Thai Red Curry. I cooked it sous vide with some of the paste and then transferred the roo to a Dutch Oven to cook further with the curry sauce, left if over night to be reheated and served the next day. The flavour of the roo and the Thai Red Curry complimented each other well, the osso bucco cut added to the experience and flavour.

Looking forward to cooking with this again soon.
