Cooking tips:

Suits slow braising or BBQ to medium rare.
Cook low and slow for a minimum of 5 hours at 150C or until meat is tender and falls apart

The whole family love the mettwurst, it is so full of flavour. We even have used it for potato bake and other cooking ideas we have. It is also nice in thin slices on cheese biscuits. Definitely have to order more soon.

I’ve been working my way through my order and everything has been wonderful including 2 successful dinner parties with whole boneless shoulders,.
Tonight I tried the back strap 🤩blown away at the quick cook and the amazing tenderness, sooo full
Of flavour.
I was in a bind and just winged it cubed in the air fryer with a light marinade.
190 for 6 mins turning half way, in a salad low carb wrap Greek yogurt what could be easier.
I’ve enough for 2 more days it was big.,
