Cooking tips:

  • Serve medium rare for a tender and juicy finish.
  • Marinate prior to cooking and cook for 3-4 minutes each side.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Pairs nicely with citrus, vinegars, wine, olive oil, flavoured butters and rich umami flavours e.g. tomatoes, jus, soy, oyster sauce.

      Tastes great !!

      First time eating the kangaroo strip loin I decided to make it in a Chinese stirfry. I velveted the meat first with bicarb soda then with the marinade. Took on the beautiful flavours. Picture doesn’t have enough meat pieces on top but they were there..
