Chef-made Kangaroo Madras curry is made using Paroo Premium Kangaroo. Cooked in an aromatic savoury curry sauce, the kangaroo is fall-apart tender and packs a serious flavour punch! Ready to eat, simply add your own cooked basmati rice and sides for a delicious and quick meal.

Storage & Heating:

All of our products are delivered fresh. This product comes in a MAP tray packaging. Product may be heated and consumed prior to use-by date or frozen for up to 2 months.

Heating: Tray and film are oven and microwave safe. Peel corner of film and bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes or microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until 75C. 

 

Ingredients:

Paroo kangaroo, potato, tomato, coconut cream, onion, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, corn flour, spices, salt, lemon juice, tomato paste, fermented chilli (chilli, salt), chilli.

Contains no allergens. This product has been made in a kitchen that also handles gluten, tree nuts, crustacea, egg, fish, milk, mollusc, peanut, sesame, soy, wheat.
