  • Best cooked to medium-rare for a juicy finish

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Top-Quality Venison and Kangaroo from Australian Meats

I recently tried a variety of cuts from Australian Meats, including both venison and kangaroo, and I’m absolutely in love with the quality! The meats are super fresh, tasty, and wonderfully lean. It was my first time trying both, and while kangaroo is definitely an acquired taste, I quite enjoyed it. The venison, however, really stood out—so clean, lean, and packed with flavor. I’ll definitely be buying a lot more Venison!
