Very more-ish

Not an explosion of flavour at first bite but then the gamey flavour build with each bite. Not all that hot, as it turns out (probably just the right amount, though, so as to not drown-out the meat flavour), quite fatty (but "fat is flavour", as The Two Fat Ladies used to say), with an aniseedy background taste and the occasional encounter with a citrus-like peppercorn. Very more-ish.

Thornwood Wild Boar Salami

Very tasty salami, possibly a fraction too much fat.

So tasty and yummy

This was fresh and yummy. I just ate it in slabs. My son Sid ‘it’s really gamy and wasn’t a fan but… I’ve added it to pasta dishes and he has complained since
