Spring Ridge Wild Venison boneless neck is the perfect braising cut for true comfort food cooking. The neck cut is full of connective tissue that after gentle braising will turn in to tender fall apart meat that is full of flavour. Netted for easy cooking. Wild venison is known for its lean nature, providing a tender and juicy roast without the excess fat found in other meats. 

Cooking tips:

  • Braising cut, pot roast
  • Slow braise for at least 3 hours in liquid

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.
