A mix of Murray River Pink Salt, Native Pepper Leaf, milled Tasmania Pepper Berries and dried Old Man Saltbush. This should be an Australian pantry staple! Best added to a grinder and use everywhere you would use salt and pepper on.
Marinade recipe by Warndu
¼ cup Warndu Thyme Oil
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Warndu Ground Bush Tomato
1 tsp garlic, minced
Warndu Native Salt & Pepper, to taste
A squeeze of lemon Juice
Mix and rub on your kangaroo, wild venison or wild pork to marinade before cooking.
