Wild Rabbit Stew

The rabbit wes very good but don't consider it to be wild no fruity game flavour. Slow cooked it to preserve flavour but disappointed with result.

So tough and dry

Tried one of these marinated and cooked in the oven. It was tough, dry and terrible. I bought two, so for the second one I went all out to make sure that it was as tender and juicy as possible. Marinated it and cooked it in the Sous Vide… It was tough, dry and terrible. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. It’s put me off rabbit.

Delicate flavour, easy cook!

I loved this rabbit. It was so easy to cook with a Chasseur-style sauce in the pressure cooker. Delicious, tender, flavourful.
