Ethically harvested wild goat is naturally lean, tender, juicy and can be prepared similar to lamb. Our wild goat bone-in diced chunks is pre-cut through the bone, giving your dishes more flavour with fall off the bone tender meat.

Excellent quality delivered safety and in good order

Delicious and lean

Have ordered about 5 times now. Always delicious and lean. Next to zero fat on everything we get. Our favourite is Paroo Kangaroo souvlaki but it is all great. The kids eat all of it too.

Just my opinion.

Loved it though next time I will only buy the boneless. Best meat to eat.

Nice flavour

Used to make a lovely goat curry and the flavour was really good but a LOT of very small bones - clearly I bought bone in so bones were expected but was the quantum of small slivers that was a bit of an issue. Next time would mix bone in with boneless

Rabbit stew

Excellent rabbit in red wine stew. Make sure you cook long enough though ( 2.3 hours)
