This product is sealed fresh in MAP tray. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

No goaty smell...what?

I am used to any goat product smelling like goat, tastes like goat so it must be goat; you can imagine my surprise when I opened the packet and there was no goat smell. I was confused and through I may have gotten the wrong meat. I'm slow cooking this time but with the light flavour I am going to try an oven slow roast with minimal spices next time.

I got this with 500g if Diced Boneless Goat chunks and it was beautiful, had to find the right recipe but when I found it, it was amazing 5 Star
