Smoked wild venison fillet has been carefully created by our friends at award winning Goodwood Quality Meats in South Australia. Made using Spring Ridge wild venison and smoked with Australian Redgum. Smoked venison fillet is full of flavour offering your guests something special on your next grazing platter.

Each piece of smoked wild venison fillet will vary in shape and weight, however each piece will be a minimum of 250g.

  • Simply slice and add to your next charcuterie board
  • Lovely as a sandwich meat
  • Ready to eat, no cooking required

This product is vacuum sealed. Keep in refrigerator. Ready to eat. Consume within 4 days of opening.

Ingredients: Wild Venison (87%); Cure (Water, Mineral salts (451, 450, 452), Dextrose Monohydrate, Sugar, Additive (Antioxidant (316)), Cure (Salt, Preservative (250), Fermented Red Rice, Salt).

Our couriers will leave your delivery on your doorstep or in a safe place as instructed in your delivery notes.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.
