We were excited to try this pre marinated offering and it didn't disappoint, in fact it exceeded our expectations. Keep the cook hot and short, serve on a bed of leafy greens. A tasty, healthy, joyous mouthful!!
I had some of these on the BBQ this weekend, while my family who still can’t get images of Bambi out of their head had scotch fillet sizzle steaks.
The venison was tender and lean. I then tried the steak and couldn’t believe that I hadn’t noticed previously how fatty it was, coating my mouth and lips in a film of unhealthy fat.
I’m not an expert in nutrition or animal husbandry, but if I can get a lean protein, from a wild animal that lived free without being pumped full of hormones or antibiotics, then died quickly and relatively stress free compared to traditional protein animals, why wouldn’t I eat it??
