The Thornwood Wild Boar is a high-quality product. It is very fresh and tasty. I have, in the past, roasted it and it was excellent. However, this time I made it into smoked ham and it was fantastic!
Judging by the quality of the other consumed meat products, I have no doubt the rabbit will make for an excellent stew.
